Description
Imerys will convey any and all mineral rights it has in the property, and it will reserve a royalty interest equal to 15% of the gross income from any minerals extracted from the property and sold after closing. This royalty reservation will be included in the conveyance quitclaim deed from Imerys to the buyer.
