Having been raised in a small town in Texas, I was taught the value of family and community. When I moved to Knoxville in 1998 I carried that with me and have since built an amazing life, family, and career.
After college I began working for a small non-profit organization, focusing on public service and community outreach. My passion for advocacy work grew exponentially, and I eventually became the Manager/Director of my office. Working in this field introduced me to the diversity of Knoxville and its need for public works. After 12 years I decided to become a real estate agent, in order to connect with people on a personal level and help them pursue one of the most valuable assets in life…a home.
Since beginning my real estate career, I have had the opportunity to help people not only find their dream home but also navigate their financial and personal goals. It is my belief that every person deserves the freedom of being a homeowner and is entitled to fair and ethical representation. It is also my goal to advocate for each of my clients, regardless of their real estate needs and concerns.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my family and volunteering at my daughter’s school. Integrating work and family has been a major component of my success in real estate, and many of my clients end up becoming friends for life. I love meeting my clients’ families and seeing the looks on their faces when they know they have found the perfect house or the bitter-sweet tears of saying goodbye to a well loved home. No two clients are the same, but each one is a relationship I intend to cherish forever.
